Dishwashers work at both the Regional Kitchen and assigned Venue Kitchens during events and help upkeep the kitchen.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Working as a Dishwasher during events.Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher.
Hand wash items as necessary.Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time.Remove garbage regularly.Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors.Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas.Exhibiting a teamwork atmosphere.Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Previous Dishwasher or Kitchen experience a plusFood Handlers CertificateAbility to work nights and weekendsAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishLift 10-25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
