Dishwasher Job Title: Dishwasher
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: A dishwasher cleans dishes and ensures they are clean and sanitary.
Restocks clean dishes to be used again.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Washes dishes, utensils and cookware following established procedures.Cleans and maintains dish area equipment.Tests sanitizer solution every hour for effective levels and makes changes when sanitizer is not at proper levels.Follows food safety and health code regulations.Always wears gloves and hair restraints when handling food.Maintains hygiene.Performs all other duties as assigned.
