Description

We're searching for a hardworking individual who is eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our busy kitchen as our next dishwasher.
We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities.
You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers and servers.
As needed, you may be asked to perform additional cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

•Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations
•Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
•Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas
•Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
•Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned

Qualifications

•Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
•In good physical condition with excellent health
•We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
•Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
