Dining Utility Associate/Dishwasher Paid Time Off, Holiday & Birthday Pay What will I do in this role with Judson?
As a Dining Utility Associate/Dishwasher, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:
Assist in keeping all coolers, freezers, and storage areas cleaned and organized.
Review daily menu, specials & spreadsheets.
Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets & allergens.
Communicate with production team to ensure orders are delivered correctly & special requests are accommodated.
Identify & gather food items needed for meal service.
Prepare, portion & serve food items according to menu, utilizing spreadsheets as appropriate for therapeutic and/or consistency modified diets.
Perform a variety of tasks, including general sanitation procedures, ensure proper food storage (including prepping, serving daily hot & cold food for breakfast, lunch & dinner as assigned.
Reset all tables and replenish table supplies in dining rooms.
Perform daily, weekly & monthly cleaning projects as assigned.
Use HAACP food handling procedures during preparation, cooking, serving & storing food.
Sweep & mop as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
What do I need for this role with Judson? High School Diploma or GED required -- must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age if still in high school.
Experience working in food service preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
