Overview: The primary function of the Dishwasher position is to provide the most amazing dining experience for all of our guests.
This is done by ensuring that all plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans are completely cleaned and sanitized each time they are used by other kitchen staff.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessaryUnload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate placesCarry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediatelyAssist cooks and servers as needed, especially during peak hoursReport any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken facilitiesOther duties as requested Requirements

Minimum requirements:

18 years of age or olderMust be able to work under pressureMust have previous kitchen experienceMust possess CA Food Handler Card

Abilities required:

Must be able to speak and read EnglishMust be able to bend and kneel, lifting objects frequently weighing up to fifty poundsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be willing to work a variety of shifts: day, night, weekend and holiday shifts Benefits Benefits
