Requirements YOUR DAILY IMPACT · Manage large amounts of incoming calls · Identify and assess customers' needs to exceed satisfaction · Take the extra mile to engage customers and clients · Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and clients by open and interactive communication · Meet personal/customer service team call goals · Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution · Document customer interactions · Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies · Daily reports and communication via email · Display our DNA values Compensation details: 16-18 Hourly Wage PId796512ed5bc-25448-35592791
