A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER As a full-time Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible by sending the right technician to the right call. You cheerfully relay accurate information to technicians, warehouses, and customers, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule service appointments.
Your customer service skills come through as you receive client requests and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You prioritize the most urgent calls and send the right technician to each job. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency. You call customers to update them on the technician's progress, verify that services have been performed appropriately, and ensure client satisfaction. Through it all, you build a strong rapport with both colleagues and technicians alike. You love that being in this important customer service role, you help make our clients comfortable and happy!
QUALIFICATIONS Relevant education and experience IT competent Phone skills Able to type at least 35 wpm Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Great judgement and decision making skills The successful candidate will utilize a strong, detail-driven professional style to direct field operations personnel and meet deadlines. Technical experience in the HVAC industry is not required, but prior customer service experience with a field labor force or in a service business can be helpful. Computer skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are necessary.
