Superior Aircraft Services is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the airport are met by providing support and communication with Airlines and Supervisors.
Requirements What you will do: Answer phone calls for wheelchair requests from airlines Input Wheelchair Requests and Dispatching Ticket Counters, Arrivals, and Boarding Communicate the Status of Wheelchair Requests to Airlines Maintain Radio Communication with Supervisors Maintain Deviation of Employees, Assign Lunches and Breaks to agents Maintain Operation Plan and Boarding Log Assist passengers at the arrival and departure Communicate any issues to Supervisors What you will bring: Act as a representative of Pacific Aviation and Superiors Aircraft Service's core values: Respect: We respect and promote each other's humanity Growth: We invest in personal development and professional growth Honesty: We are honest, open, and transparent Recognition: We encourage diversity of thought and celebrate exceptional contributions Responsibility: We earn trust by taking responsibility for our actions Teamwork: We support each other as a team Resiliency: We are resilient and preserve to create positive outcomes Safety & Security: We recognize our responsibility for the safety and security of the entire aviation community Additional Requirements: Pass required airport background check Swiftly walk long distances for extended periods of time Benefits $15 per hour
