A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP In this part-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep position, you manage to marry efficient dispatching skills with exceptional customer service! You make it your goal to ensure clients are of utmost importance and our crew is well-informed and in the know. You keep open lines of communication with technicians and warehouses. Additionally, you schedule service appointments and accurately update files as needed.
Being naturally service-oriented, your skills as a CSR shine through as you work closely with clients and dispatch calls to our field technicians. You are good at prioritizing calls and sending the right tech to each job. You focus on scheduling efficiency and make sure to keep customers in the loop with progress and completion and to ensure we've exceeded expectations.
