Position Summary:
As a Dispensary Lead, you hold a central position in the dispensary's operations.
Your role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring a positive and efficient experience for medical cannabis patients and adult-use customers.
You will serve as a key point of contact, offering assistance, answering queries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Beyond customer interactions, the Dispensary Lead actively contributes to the dispensary's overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities: Create an environment of "Patients First" focusing on excellent patient interactionRecognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassionMaintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactionsMulti-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they ariseCreate and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)Keep current with company policies and proceduresResponsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)Balance cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedureObserving and participating in patient services during consultation and saleMaintain accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job descriptionOther duties as assigned by Manager REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalentMust be at least 21 years of ageRecent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience requiredMust have reliable transportation2+ year customer serviceStrong customer service skillsMust possess a positive and professional attitudeAbility to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems Minimum Qualifications: Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent preferred1 - 3 years in a retail environment managing a teamKnowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plusExperience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systemsStrong interpersonal skillsMust be 21 years of age or older.Must successfully pass an extensive background check Equal Opportunity Employment
