Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily receipt, organization, and preparation of products for delivery.Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders to meet customer requirements.Maintain product integrity during handling by following all safety and food quality guidelines.Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring orders are complete and secured for transportation.Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move products efficiently.Communicate with delivery drivers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.Help maintain a clean and organized distribution area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.What We're Looking For: Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks throughout the day.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.A self-starter with the ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities.Why Join Sheba Foods?
