We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Floor Supervisor This is an on-site position based out of our Romeoville, IL Distribution CenterThis is a 4th Shift opportunity (Saturday-Sunday-Monday 5:00am-5:00pm) A day in the life as a Floor Supervisor.. Provide direction and lead distribution center associatesAssist with the interview and selection process for new associatesConduct performance evaluations and reviewsImplement corrective actions as necessaryPerform safety observations in conjunction with job observations to coach and counsel associates on proper safety procedures What you'll bring to the table… Leadership and team management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationBi-lingual (Spanish) a plus We'd love to hear from you if you have… A minimum of 3 years of Distribution Center experienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentKnowledge of Warehouse Management SystemComputer skills, proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel
