Clayton Services is searching for a Distribution Center Manager to join a company in Northwest Houston.


Job Type: Direct-Hire
Pay Rate: $90,000 - $120,000/annually

Distribution Center Manager Responsibilities: Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control, while balancing inventory levels. Oversee warehouse staff to guarantee product performance and quality. Provide training to employees for required certifications and maintain precise records to ensure all staff are certified on essential equipment and have up-to-date certification statuses. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your areas of responsibility. Maintain operational systems by overseeing product handling and storage requirements and developing, implementing, enforcing, and assessing relevant policies and procedures. Support employee relations by onboarding new hires and conducting performance reviews. Comply with safety and health regulations, ensuring that hazards and incidents are reported according to company protocols. Perform any additional duties as assigned. Distribution Center Manager Skills and Abilities: Being bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly analytical and focused on key performance indicators (KPIs). Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and SAP.
Distribution Center Manager Education and Experience: High School Diploma. 7+ years of experience as a Warehouse, Distribution, or Operations Manager. Distribution Center Manager - Immediate need.
