Position Summary
Inbound or Outbound loading and unloading of furniture for deliveries, and staging product using hands dollies, or pallet jacks in the warehouse.
Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Support the Inbound / Outbound operationReceive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution in the storeValidate the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipmentsCommunicate and report overages, shortages, and damagesCommunicate with internal business partners on product statusKeep up with the movement of merchandiseUnload trailers with hand dolliesMoving furniture with dollies and pallet jacksUse radio frequency equipment to communicate with the team and leadersConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standardsConducts operations in a manner that promotes safetyMaintains a clean work area, free from debris on warehouse floorMeet company standards for productivityAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Qualifications Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
One year of experience in in distribution or supply chain.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.
Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $16.50 - $21.45
Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
