Position Summary: The Distribution Lead dedicates their time to problem-solving. They work alongside our external distribution partners and our internal Field Applications team. They hold weekly meetings with our Regional Installation Managers and distribution partners to bridge the gaps between materials orders, materials delivered, and materials required. They have a strong understanding of solar products and communicate well with others.
Essential Duties: Hold weekly or bi-weekly calls by region with field and distribution partners to address and solve problems Review and address installer feedback daily Work with field employees to improve the performance of upstream partners Publish results weekly with action items for improvement Summarize KPI performance and provide feedback weekly Analyze pipeline data and built out reports to increase visibility into our equipment needs Assist in equipment transitions and strategy Minimum Qualifications: Clearly identify problems, determine the root cause(s), define, execute, and sustain solutions Must be able to establish and maintain supplier relationships and facilitate solutions through collaboration and persuasion Ability to drive results and achieve period goals Must be able to provide support to employees as needed, including after work hours Experience with Microsoft Excel While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
