Your Flavor is calling! We are actively seeking dynamic candidates for the position of District Manager in Lafayette, LA, to fortify our management team at Wingstop. As the District Manager, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with the General Managers to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and proactively manage the front and back-of-house teams. The District Manager has to provide all the restaurants in their region comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines. The District Manager directs and controls restaurant operations to ensure company profitability and positive guest experience, which is the top priority! District Manager Qualifications: 4+ years in a fast-casual dining restaurant environment. 1-2+ years as an effective General Manager or District Manager. Minimum age of eighteen (18) years. ServSafe qualification or certification upon employment. Familiar with Aloha and NBO. Must be willing to commute to several locations within a 2-hour radius. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing. A high school diploma, GED, or college education is preferred. Must have good computer usage skills. Experience tracking food and labor costs, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate record-keeping. Knowledgeable about sanitation standards, safety procedures, and health and legal regulations compliance. Guest service mentality: has a genuine desire to serve the customer. Manages multiple projects and timelines with urgency and follow-through; Well-organized and detail-oriented. Strong work ethic and ongoing learner; exhibits interest in self-improvement and is open to feedback. Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Team Focus: Bring problems to the supervisor's attention; be willing to ask for help. Identifies and introduces new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation. Represents the brand and department in a professional and polished manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partners with General Managers and staff to run an excellent operation, showing leadership, being a team player, maintaining a professional demeanor, and helping crew members meet the standards for quality customer service  Provide the necessary counsel and assistance to ensure managers establish business plans to help keep restaurants profitable.  Ensure the company is making a profit by following guidelines for sales growth, food prices, and employee wages.  Responsible for undergoing further training as well as training the staff. Training covers not just the scope of the restaurant's operations but also personal development.  Coaches store managers on handling progressive discipline, termination issues, and employee development opportunities in one-on-one and group training sessions.  Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.  Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit restaurant staff candidates.  Ensures that all restaurants maintain a Theoretical to Actual COGS variance of less than 1.5% Ensures that labor standards are followed in all restaurants and scheduled to actual labor stays within 2% variance  Extensive use of Aloha and NBO  Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations Physical Requirements: Standing/Walking: Remaining on one's feet in an upright position at a workstation or moving about in a work area. Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas using the spoken word. Hearing: Receiving detailed information through oral communication. Vision: Clarity of vision at near or far distances.
