Title of Position – District Manager Job Description: As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Quick Service Restaurants in your assigned district. This includes setting and achieving financial goals, creating and implementing sales strategies, optimizing store efficiency and profitability, managing inventory and expenses, recruiting and training staff, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, conducting employee evaluations, and providing regular reports to upper management.
