Manage the annual DEI content calendar and lead creative logistics for the planning process for Fall and Spring Media Days.
Apply project management skills to deliver DEI initiatives on time and within budget.
Build and foster effective relationships with internal teams to facilitate the promotion and education of DEI values.
In collaboration with the Impact Marketing Manager, create compelling content and storytelling that emphasizes the importance and impact of DEI.
Incorporate DEI education and advocacy into every aspect of the role, educating allies and creating safe spaces.

WE'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
Have 2-4 years of transferable work experience, with significant expertise in managing and executing DEI programs and initiatives.
Demonstrate a strong ability to integrate DEI values and education into your work and feel comfortable having open conversations and finding growth opportunities within the DEI space, even in times of challenge and ambiguity.
Possess proven project management skills, including the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Are experienced in storytelling, particularly in creating compelling DEI content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Excel in navigating multi-stakeholder environments, managing internal and external relationships with ease, and disseminating relevant information to those who need it to do their work effectively.
Bring strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and departments to build relationships across the organization.
Show initiative, are a creative self-starter, and can work independently while thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Are proficient in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Are flexible and able to work occasional evenings and weekends, with the readiness to take on other duties as assigned.
