Division Chief, Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as Division Chief of Pulmonary Medicine.
The Division Chief will be board certified in Pediatric Pulmonology Medicine. The Division Chief will have a strong academic and clinical background and be responsible for all scholarly, clinical, educational, and administrative activities of the Division. The role will include scholarly clinical and educational activities. The Division Chief will have a proven track record in investigative work, clinical care, and education. The Division Chief will join 3 full-time faculty members who provide Pediatric pulmonology coverage. The Division Chief will be responsible for overall supervision of the Division's faculty members' activities, including teaching, clinical care, research, and other Division and Department duties. The Division Chief will also have the opportunity to participate in either clinical or lab-based research.
The clinical services of the division of pediatric pulmonology are conducted at Bristol-Myers Squibb Children's Hospital (BMSCH) of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. The Division Chief will provide overall oversight of Pediatric Pulmonology at Bristol-Myers-Squibb Children's Hospital. The Division Chief will be committed to the academic mission of Rutgers and RWJMS which includes education across the spectrum of trainees including medical students, residents, and fellows in the institution.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience: MD/DO physician; board certified in Pediatric Pulmonology Medicine.
