Hours: This is a 40 hour full-time position which includes:
3.2 weeks of PTO in first year Medical, vision, dental & life insurance benefits 403(b) employee participation and employer match 9 Agency-paid holidays Salary - $85000 to $95000 / annually - depending on education and experience
Responsibilities:
Division Director of Crisis Services with oversight of the Screening & Crisis Intervention Program, Acute Family Support Services, and the Mobile Crisis Resolution Team.
Responsible for overall administration and supervision of the programs assigned.
Supervises Directors, Supervisors, and direct care staff as necessary.
Represents the program in the community, as requested.
Responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating programs to meet overall organizational goals and objectives.
Utilizes knowledge of evidence-based practices in crisis response to evaluate program performance.
Provides after-hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated.
Follows all PI, HR, budget, contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning and monitors statistical information to measure outcomes and performance of all budgets.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served; the individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served; he or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumers status in order to identify each consumers needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in mental health.
Must have previous experience working in crisis services.
Active NJ screener certification required; clinical license preferred.
