Role Overview:
As our Division Launch Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and steering our new online-based venture. This is a hands-on start-up position that demands a proactive, adaptable, and hardworking approach. You'll wear multiple hats, from overseeing our salesforce and managing a team of salespeople to ensuring smooth inventory management and tracking sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of remote salespeople, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Conduct regular training sessions to equip the sales team with the tools for success.
Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
Oversee inventory tracking and ensure product availability.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging growth and development.
Participate in meetings with company owners and management to provide updates and insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand messaging.
Creation of an onboarding process and materials for new salespeople.

Qualifications:
