JETCOOL Technologies is seeking an experienced Documentation Control Manager to help design, implement and lead the documentation control function of Jetcool's documentation control process.
Strong preference will be given to those with a proven track record managing PLM systems that support high volume production through a mix of internal production and external value-add partnerships.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the PLM based documentation control process supporting the creation and release of revision-controlled ECO documents spanning Design Engineering, Production and Customer Success.Create, adapt and document the change control process and supporting forms as needed.Chair the change control board (CCB).Ensure change orders are properly filled out, approved and distributed to all stakeholders internally and externally.Be the prime point of contact for external value-add and contract manufacturing partners ensuring released change orders are understood, and effectivities & material dispositions are properly implemented.Ensure released change orders are properly exchanged between PLM and ERP systems.Be the primary contact between Jetcool and the PLM partner ensuring on-going system updates are properly managed and internal system configurations are up to date at all times.Provide training to new employees on the use of the PLM system and Change Order process.Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by providing change order control throughout the NPI life-cycle process. Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated experience configuring and maturing the Documentation Control function within an aggressively expanding, hardware-based technology company.Domain expertise working with, configuring, and maturing PLM systems and their interface with ERP systems.Demonstrated experience leading change controls boards (CCB) comprised of internal and external stakeholders.Understands BOM construction for ease and accurate material flows, purchasing, lot/serial number traceability and PLM management.
Provide documentation management point of contact leadership with global value-add/contract manufacturing partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering on commitments.
Education and Experience:
4-year college degree, masters preferredMinimum of 5-7 years relevant industry experience, particularly in high volume environmentsExperience working with and configuring PLM systems to align with the business needs of the companyExperience working with the full range of stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Success, Value-Add partners and Contract Manufacturers) Physical Requirements:
