Job Description
The Document Control Associate will:
Manage document approvals, ensuring proper reviews are completed and saving them in designated locations.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date document tracking and status information.Monitor document requests across departments to support ISO/ITAF compliance needs.Develop systems to organize and track document management tasks.Create charts, graphs, and visual reports to showcase R&D project progress for management presentations.Build interactive project dashboards as requested by Quality Management.Extract data from Oracle, transforming it into user-friendly spreadsheets and presentations.

The Successful Applicant Proficient in Excel, including tables, graphs, pivot tables, and formulas, as well as Oracle ERP platforms.Familiar with Office 365 tools like SharePoint and Flow.Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like Excel Power Query and Power BI is a plus.Strong time management, multi-tasking, and ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.Skilled in data entry with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledgeable about ISO standards.Strong organizational and planning abilities.Comfortable collaborating across all employee levels.
