Document Control Specialist (Pt/Temporary)

About the Role We are looking to hire a Document Control Specialist on a Part-time (20 hours/week), temporary basis to work on several Document Control projects and to help reduce ECO backlog. Key Tasks Reduce backlog of ECOs by prioritizing changes based on urgency, impact and complexity Distribute latest revision level documents to all appropriate users Collaborate with cross-functional team members to facilitate pre-review of documents prior to formal approval Support document change order process, including initiation, review, approval, and final release of ZAP documents in electronic document management system Ensure the record retention policies of documents per organizational guidelines Offer recommendations for continuous process improvement Experience/Qualifications Required At least 2 years of document control experience in an FDA regulated (medical device) environment Experience with cloud-based document management systems such as Arena Willing to work on-site in San Carlos, CA in a part-time, temporary role
