WWPS is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our growing team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position is 100% on-site. Local candidates only. The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of Construction Document Control experience related to the Semiconductor Industry. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, clearly communicate, and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. \n ResponsibilitiesManage storage and retrieval of company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrityStore, scan, image, organize, manage, and track company documentsAdhere to all client procedures and record retention policiesSafeguard informationRetrieve data per company guidelinesArchive inactive records in accordance with the records retention scheduleMay support program documentation systems such as Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logsOther documents managed by the document control team include construction drawings, specifications, submittals, inspection and test reports, closeout documentation, meeting minutes and correspondenceTrain employees on records management procedures and policies, including documentation uploading, retention, and retrievalAssist with file migrations and auditsPerform administrative tasks as neededMaintain office equipmentPrepare reportsManage manual and electronic filing systemsProvide project notices as required to CM and AECoordinate document transfer and publish. Review and finalize record documentation.Maintain Project Distribution List and project Meeting MatrixProvide Owner Administration support for Box, BIM360 and other user platforms as identified. Provide owner procured submittal or vendor document transfer.Support procurement for RFP supporting documents.Coordinate transfer of documents and owner response for notices and owner RFIs.Attend weekly risk, change management, and design management meetingsAttend monthly cost forecast meetingsAttend ad hoc positioning and programing report out meetingsAttend ad hoc design review meetings Requirements3-7 years' of document control for construction experience Good prioritization and time management skillsAbility to multitask and troubleshootStrong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills – communicate with internal and external business partnersComputer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)PM Web or other document control software experience is also desirable such as Blue Beam, Plan Grid, Procore, Adobe Pro, etc. Must be self-directed and able to work independentlyHighly motivated and focused individualDetail-oriented, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy as there is contact with complex and sensitive documentsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point3-7+ years of administrative experience in the construction management industryAbility to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to prioritize tasks and be well organizedMust have a pleasant personality to work with
