Document Controls Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Document Controls Manager to join our team in our growing Municipal team!
\n Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the document control process, including receiving, tracking, and distributing documents, and ensuring that the latest revisions are available to the project team.Develop and maintain document management procedures, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Quality Management teams to ensure that all documentation meets the required quality standards.Manage the document lifecycle, from creation to archiving, and ensure proper records management practices are followed.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document exchange.Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.Provide training and support to project staff on document control proceduresOther duties as assigned Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree and 9+ years of professional work experienceor Master's Degree and 7+ years of professional work experience related to contractsAn additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
