Document Conversion Associate

Please note: Onsite position. (Must be willing to work onsite for 5 days a week) We are seeking a talented "Document Conversion Associate" who will be responsible to prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, sticky notes etc. Responsible for scanning documents on high speed scanners and ensure image quality is maintained per customers requirement Responsibilities Include: Indexing, data entry, document typing, ensuring a quality image Ability to understand specific customer requirements and ask questions if needed Ensuring customer project deadlines are met Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking daily Consistently meeting established key performance indicators Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs Willing to cross train on new functions, such as quality control Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager Prior experience in performing similar work is helpful We look forward to hear from you soon!
