Responsibilities: 30-40 hours per week with tiered commission rate based on weekly sales, starting at 50%Groom and style pets per pet parent's instructions and/or according to breed standardsProvide grooming services, including brushing, bathing, nail trims, and other servicesEnsure the wellness and safety of our furry patrons at all timesDevelop long-term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products or services that will keep their pet healthy and happyPerform routine cleaning to keep the grooming environment fun and inviting Qualifications: MUST be a graduate of a grooming school or have 2 YEARS of PROFESSIONAL grooming experienceBe proficient in all breeds standard haircutsMust have your own set of professional grooming toolsEnsure salon is following safety procedures and company handbookBe able to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
