We are looking for highly motivated and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Oversee various amenities and recreational spaces, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.Provide exceptional service and assistance to clients and guests, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.Act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of individuals.Maintain reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Execute assigned tasks diligently, including but not limited to maintenance duties, equipment checks, and cleanliness of shared spaces.Uphold company policies and procedures, including uniform standards and code of conduct.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients and guests. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required for the role.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
