Centro Bar and Social Locale  Positon: Doorman/ Bouncer 
Salary: $18/ hr plus tips
Job Type:Full-time/ Part-time
Start Date: As soon as possible CENTRO is a locally owned and operated trend setting bar in the heart of downtown Lexington located at the Fifth Third Pavilion. We specialize in friendly, knowledgeable, service with a passion for excelling. We love to create a fun, relaxed environment for our customers to enjoy time after time. Our doorman greets guests as they arrive and wish them well as they leave. They are laser focused on maintaining excellent crowd control and premise safety by identifying potential issues and defusing prior to escalation to ensure safety and enjoyment by all patrons and staff. Flexible schedule available; options include two, three, four or five days a week as we do have multiple locations (sister concepts).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Available weeknights and weekends
- Driven to excel and take pride in a job well done
- Ability to work in a fast pace, high-energy environment
- Experience working in a restaurant, bar or security detail a plus
- Great references
- Available to stand and walk thought out shift
JOB DUTIES 
- Check customer identification to verify legal documentation
- Manicure tabletops and bar area
- Take out garbage and clean up any spills
- Clean up at end of night
- Prevent negative customer situations and handle issues that arise
- Maintain a safe, fun environment
