Position: Drilling Superintendent
Responsibilities:
* Oversee drilling operations using CME 550 or 750 drill rig to depths of 120 feet.
* Perform Direct Push sampling utilizing a Geoprobe rig.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to drilling crew members.
* Maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
* Coordinate weekday travel within a three-hour radius of St. Louis for project sites.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auger Rig Operator.
* Possess a Class A CDL (or obtainable within 3 months of employment) and a clean driving record.
* Willingness to travel on weekdays within a three-hour radius of St. Louis.
* Strong mechanical capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications (Preferred):
* 5 years of CME rig drilling experience.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
