Ensure roles are executed with 100% consistency. Ensure a leader is in the cockpit and outside at all times Support Training by providing time to complete Pathways videos and tracking skills for OneClick line ups Identify and develop a leadership bench to pave the way for sales growth Communicate feedback and direction while demonstrating Honor, dignity and respect for all Utilize HEARD model to resolve guest concerns that present in Drive thru throughout the day Work with kitchen to keep pace with drive thru demand (connect with centerline leader) Take on the role of Food Safety Ambassador with regards to every product that leaves our restaurant or is stored for later use Ensure outside team are prepared and following safety protocol to include vests, signs and panic buttons Call monitoring company quarterly to ensure panic buttons are functioning properly Adhere to OSHA requirements and execute shifts as per standards in regards to temperatures and other safety measures Utilize Reftab to make sure resources are cleaned, organized and protected daily. Inventory bins with Face to Face equipment, menus, hand-warmers, gloves, hot chocolate, etc and obtain replenishments Verify equipment is operating and charged; Inform Missy if replacement electronics are needed. Place a HELP ticket if replacement credit card readers are needed. Demonstrate and monitor for good Stewardship in our Drive thru from time to resources such as labor, sauces, portions, etc Feel free to pick a core team for the cockpit/f2f for both night and day!
