POSITION SUMMARY:
Linen Drivers will work collaboratively with all employees, guests, owners, and other FLPP stakeholders to support the company's goals by delivering and picking up linens in an efficient manner and assisting where required. This position is responsible for ensuring all linen delivery guidelines are followed and linens are picked up and dropped off according to the pre-defined schedule/route.
SUPERVISES:
This role has no supervisor responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
These duties can be performed with or without an accommodation:
Operational Support:
Follows pre-defined delivery/pick up route for linens.
Routinely clocks in and out of Paylocity.
Responsibly start timer and complete timer in Property Care App.
Loads and unloads delivery van.
Delivers supplies and cleaning chemicals to Housekeepers.
Assists with minor housekeeping duties as needed, such as stripping linens from properties prior to housekeeper's arrival and presenting linens according to Standard Unit Appearance guidelines as necessary after housekeeping has left.
Presents towels according to Standard Unit Appearance when necessary.
Ensures that all lock boxes and keys are maintained per established standards.
Adheres to company fleet vehicle policy.
Ability to work within a team.
Adheres to company dress code and wear appropriate attire at all times.
Adheres to required timeframes.
Secures properties when necessary.
Safety Support:
Maintains a safe work environment at all times
Aligns with the FLPP Safety Program to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensures all policies are followed and enforced for outside agencies, including but not limited to DOL, EEOC and OSHA.
Keeps all required safety records and documentation current and up-to-date.
Maintains a safety-first work ethic.

This role routinely is exposed to external work environment. Must be able to work in hot, humid, raining, cold windy conditions. Exposure to different types of chemicals allergens such as dust, pollen, mold, etc.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands in a repetitive motion, reaching, grasping, rotating, bending, walking, squatting, standing, and lifting in excess of 50 pounds.
