Job Title: DriverJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting clients or goods in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent navigational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials to specified destinations.Follow scheduled routes or GPS directions accurately and efficiently.Ensure timely pickup and delivery of clients or cargo.Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, including checking oil, fuel, brakes, lights, and tires.Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and goods.Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle, as well as loading and unloading luggage or cargo.Maintain accurate logs of travel times, mileage, and destinations.Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate schedules and report any issues or delays.Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from passengers.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional setting.Knowledge of local and interstate roadways.Strong navigational skills and familiarity with GPS devices and apps.Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.Professional appearance and demeanor.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods.Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as required.Visual acuity to operate a vehicle safely and read maps, signs, and traffic signals.Work Environment:Work may involve driving in various weather conditions.May require working outside of regular business hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits such as:For all team members:Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) after 6 months of service.100% match at 3% contributions, 50% up to 5%.Paid Time Off – Sick & VacationHoliday PayGrowth and development opportunities with us as a company, potentially at the same property or transferring to another one of our properties.
