Job Description: Full Job Description: Screening driver applications to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for KMS Express Inc. Assisting qualified candidates in completing their application process. Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and making travel arrangements. Follow up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified CDL drivers. Conducting interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Collaborating with the operations team to understand driver needs and job requirements. Managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in driver recruitment. Qualifications: 2+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience required. Familiarity with Tenstreet and platforms like CDL Life. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and driven to succeed. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of CDL licensing requirements and DOT regulations.
