This role requires a versatile professional skilled in drywall finishing, painting, and light carpentry work.

Our mission is to provide an exceptional cleaning experience for every client, treating their homes and businesses with the utmost care and respect.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform drywall finishing, including smooth work, texture matching, and plaster finishing, sanding, and smoothing finishes.Handle hanging, patching, and repairing drywall for both small and large jobs.Execute light carpentry tasks, including trim work and the hanging of cabinets.Apply painting skills to cut in straight lines and achieve a professional finish on various surfaces.Ensure all work is completed to high standards and meets client expectations.Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.Operate company vehicles to travel to and from job sites as needed.The ideal candidate should possess:Proven experience as a drywall finisher, with the ability to match textures and perform smooth finishes.Skilled in light carpentry work, including trim work and hanging cabinets.Proficient in painting, with the ability to cut in straight lines.Must have a valid driver's license.Ability to pass a drug test and background check.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without supervision.Benefits:Paid Holidays (6 days).Company-provided uniforms.Use of company trucks for travel to and from job sites.Paid Time Off (PTO) earned based on hours worked.Optional 401(k) plan after the probationary period.Healthcare options available, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location:Belleville, IL and surrounding areasJoin our team and become a key part of Absolute Clean and Restoration Inc., where quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
