DSO Account Manager

Salary:

$80K - $120K
Experience Required:

Must have experience at Dental Service Organizations or DSO related

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and government organizations.
Analyze market data and internal metrics to develop and implement strategic plans.
Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product and service quality.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with the sales team.
Participate in committees and meetings to provide feedback based on market data and industry trends.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5 years of experience in account management in healthcare fields.
2 years of experience at Dental Service Organizations or DSO related.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent technical and communication skills.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Proficient in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
