Here's the JD -
Overall 8+ years' experience in implementing MS CRM applications, must have experience of 3+ end to end CRM implementations.
Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and lead a project team
Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
Hands-on experience working with D365 Customer Service module
Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and Flow etc.
Strong hands-on experience with D365 CRM integrations (.net/c#/etc.)
Must have hands-on experience on Power Platform power portal, power pages, power apps, power automate
Experience working with Azure services
Strong experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as ReactJS, HTML will be preferred
Experience of functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
