We are seeking a Dynamic Scheduler to schedule patient appointments in conjunction with orders, urgency of care and patient convenience, involving multiple sites when appropriate. SCHEDULING - Monitors physicians' schedules daily for optimal physician schedule INSURANCE VERIFICATION - Utilizes insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct payment. COMPUTER APPLICATIONS - Proficient in clinical, registration and scheduling software systems. d.) Learns new systems as required. TELEPHONE UTILIZATION - Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls to the service area. a.)
