RahrBSG is looking for an ERP Developer to join our team. This role will analyze, design, and develop new features, enhance existing functionality, and create API/web service integrations for our ERP application. Key responsibilities include identifying and fixing bugs, developing and modifying ERP reports, working with Data Entities for import/export processes, and managing ERP security requests. This role requires proficiency in working with ERP databases via SQL Server and includes administration of ERP environments, such as installation and configuration. This position also requires the ability to deploy code to multiple environments, including non-production and production/live settings. Ideally, the candidate will have experience or the willingness to grow into a full-stack development role. This is a hybrid role based in Minnesota with three days a week in office.

Development and modification of Forms, Functionality, Reports (utilizing the SSRS framework) and All-round X++ development, based on requirements.Design/develop Security controls around any newly developed customizations/features. Develop Reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations using the new Extension methodology of customization/modification and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Use the Visual Studio debugging tool to troubleshoot issues/errors arising in the ERP. Develop custom web services, or other artefacts needed to create successful API interfaces to enable integrations into other systems. Building on prior experience possibly even working with AIF services.Setting up, refreshing and maintenance of ERP environments in the SDLC.Provide critical production issue resolution.Create/modify Transactional Reports (Finance, Purchasing, Sales modules amongst others) and/or Document Reports (Invoices, PO Confirmations, Packing Slips, amongst others).Debug code as needed from errors/bugs/wrong functionality.Use Trace Parser as needed resolve issues or performance issues.Use Data Management framework to import/export data based on requests.Work with the Data Warehouse team to work on issues pertaining to Data Entities that help in keeping data integration between ERP and external systems. Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level AgreementsWork with business users to prioritize production issue resolutionTracks and documents change to functional and business specifications, as figured during development process.Understanding of Business / Process as needed for the tasks and/or modules of ERP.Uses AzureDevOps (VSTS) and LCS to manage assigned work items Uses and delivers on or before assigned deadlineEscalates issues as appropriate MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field from an accredited University: 3+ years of experience working on MS Dynamics AX enhancements, reports and/or integrations, as well as providing IT support5+ years of development experienceX++ or any other Object-Oriented Programming Language experienceKnowledge of databases especially Microsoft SQL ServerMicrosoft Dynamics certifications a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Thorough knowledge of Microsoft's D3FO ERPAbility to develop reports using SSRS reports embedded within D3FOImplement and manage security requests with the applicationKnowledge of X++ programming languageKnowledge and experience in doing code deployments for D3FO to non-production and production environments via LCSKnowledge with using/developing AIF services previously and Web Services in the new F&O. Knowledge of creating/modifying and using Data Entities from Data Management framework.Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI knowledge is a plus. Electronic Reporting (GER) framework is a plus.
