Dynamics Project Operations Functional Consultant(Fully Remote)

Role: Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Location: Fully remote Visa: USC, GC, EAD-GC and H4 Duration: +12 Months contract Interview: 2 round videos Must have experience with Project Operations Min 12 to 15 years of experience required Description: The D365 Project Operations Functional Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the functional workstream. They will be comfortable leading customer-facing functional workshops, teams of functional consultants, interacting with technical workstreams, and business analysts. They will have expert-level knowledge of the out-of-the-box features and functionality. They will ensure that the solution meets the customer's needs now and in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities: Participate and help to drive Dynamics PO implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy
Serve as subject matter expert with customers and project team members t throughout all project phases, effectively contributing to the development of solutions that meet clients' needs and requirements.
Participate in the identifying of client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings
Facilitate and participate in analysis, design, and configuration sessions.
Communicate any issues to project leadership
Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools
Required Qualifications and Skills: Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations (formerly D365 PSA)
3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations/Project Service Automation experience
Exposure to/knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O
Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interface components
Work effectively with the sales team on delivering tender response documents, estimates, and customer demonstrations
Proven ability to organize a virtual team of CE / CRM consultants working from different locations (including offshore) around project delivery objectives
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
