E-Bike Sales Manager

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our electric bicycle track team in the United States. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving the achievement of sales targets, and working closely with the team to ensure that our products and services meet market demands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Organize and participate in sales activities, including trade shows and seminars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise marketing plans.
- Analyze market trends to provide feedback for product development.
**Job Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the electric bicycle or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market analysis and business development capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and excel in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the U.S. electric bicycle market and regulations.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a bonus.
