You will be responsible for analyzing key operational and sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and work with business teams to create strategies to ensure smooth and efficient online transactions. Your insights will help drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Daily Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, providing key insights into sales performance and trends. Monitor and analyze daily sales data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Monthly Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly sales data to create comprehensive reports that highlight overall performance, trends, and key drivers. Data Mining: Extract valuable insights from large datasets, identifying patterns, correlations, and trends that inform business strategies and decision-making processes. Data Visualization: Transform complex data into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand trends, patterns, and key performance metrics. New Reporting: Design and develop new reports that meet evolving business needs, leveraging data analysis to create actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Data Exports: Execute and manage data exports to ensure accurate and timely extraction of information from databases, facilitating data analysis, reporting, and integration with other systems. Job Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, data analysis, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power Bi ), and experience with JIRA program or similar IT project management tools. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
