E-Commerce Material Control Clerk - Opry Entertainment Warehouse

Provide flawless service to online shopping guests via telephone and/or email correspondence while
adhering to the company service basics.
Prepare and fulfill incoming orders placed through the e-commerce website.
* Provide timely and accurate fulfillment of orders placed through our e-commerce website.
* Pick merchandise and prepare for shipping.
Pack orders into boxes and apply appropriate postage.
* Ensure orders are packed in a neat, well-organized manner that will minimize damaged products during shipping.
* Communicate any customer service issues to the warehouse leadership team.
* Provide polite and timely communication to guests following company service basics.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
