We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist with a passion for sales, nurturing leads, fostering customer relationships while crushing the competition.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through incoming calls, chats and emails to present our products. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Organize and track potential sales leads and follow-ups using our CRM. Research potential leads from digital resources and social media platforms Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets. Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in eCommerce but not limited. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team. Strong listening and sales skills.
