E-Commerce Specialist

About The Position: Our growing online musical instrument retail department is seeking a proactive team member to join our business. We are looking for a self-starter with a desire to learn. Proven prior experience with eCommerce platforms is a must.
Job Description: You will be responsible for assisting in the listing of and customer support for music products we sell online (Ebay, Reverb.com and Shopify). This could include taking high quality pictures, listing musical instruments as well as parts and accessories with knowledgeable and professional descriptions, answering potential customers' questions via email or phone, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Must Have: Positive and proactive attitude
Experience listing product on auction sites and Shopify
Knowledge of guitars/musical instruments
Desire to help build and grow a department
Strong computer/internet/research skills
