Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency programMust presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board ExamState licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start dateOne Medical providers also demonstrate:

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $288,000 to $297,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
