Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming and developing as a leader.

As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as an Account Manager within the HCP GCU.

Operators globally are beginning to embrace cloud-native & HCP platforms and are collaborating with hyperscalers like Amazon, Microsoft, Google & Meta to capture the 5G Edge and associated use cases for network and infrastructure exposure, orchestration and analytics.  HCPs are expanding their cloud platform portfolio to expand beyond public cloud into on-premise and edge cloud offerings serving industry verticals like Telco and low latency applications. 

The HCP GCU is at the forefront of our business & collaboration with HCPs globally. As Account Manager in the HCP GCU you will work closely with our leadership team on two critical aspects: (1) Business Development: where we leverage our global strength in managed services to deliver infrastructure, hardware and capacity as a service, operations, lab-as-a-service and other offerings to HCPs. (2) Partnership: as we work closely with the HCPs and BA leads to further joint collaboration agreements, identify and construct joint GTM offers across the Ericsson portfolio from 5G Core, Cloud RAN, enterprise private network offerings etc. 

To be successful in the role you will actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. 

You will
Be responsible to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
Be expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitable sales.
Oversee optimization of the account team's performance and to enable seamless transition to operations

To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
3-5 years of experience of relationship sales 
Experience in the ICT industry preferred
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
Leadership experience

In addition, we believe you have:
Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
