Base Salary: Starting $60,000.00 with $2000.00 sign-on bonus
Essential Functions:Anticipates staffing needs; identifies and hires the best talent; assists in supervising, coaching, developing and motivating school staff.Assists in supporting orientation and ongoing training; monitors and coaches staff in Celebree practices.In collaboration with School Director, networks within the community to recruit new families; follows up with potentials; committed to reaching enrollment goals, has strong marketing skills and experience with creating and implementing seasonal events to grow our community awareness.Provides staff with timely, specific feedback including classroom observations, one-on-ones and performance evaluations.Assists in promoting teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters commitment to Celebree mission, vision, and values—protect, educate, nurture.Ensures school is consistently clean, neat and organized and meets visual execution standards; recommends repair work as needed.Assists in supporting and leads new company initiatives; ensures adaptation of new programs, policies and procedures.Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws, DELAWARE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION-DELAWARE FIRST regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.Assists in creating effective staff schedules; maintains accurate and complete employee and child files; regularly performs classroom observations and acts on deficiencies.Ensures School financials are up-to-date, accurate and organized.Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the school.Understands payroll and budget control and remains within target to achieve enrollment goals.Alternates with School Director, opens (6:30 a.m.) and closes (6:30 p.m.) daily.Assists School Director in the oversight of talent, brand, and operations to ensure Celebree's mission, vision and values are upheld.Seeks professional development opportunities; stays current on new practices in the child care and education industry.Education/Experience:Delaware Early Childhood Administrator Certification Issued By DEEDS required.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in early childcare.Minimum One (1) year experience in an Associate Director role, 2+ years will be preferred.Possesses high degree of proficiency with using Microsoft suite of products to include EXCEL/WORD/PPT.Has experience using project management tools such as a Gantt Chart, Smart Action Plan (SAP) or similar tool used in tracking, benchmarking and ownership of projects.
