Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are searching for an Early Childhood Teacher to support the organizations mission. This role involves providing consistent supervision, supporting a safe and stimulating learning environment, and working closely with the Lead Teacher to execute developmentally appropriate activities for a preschool classroom, supporting children ages 3 to 6. Responsibilities: Supervise children during various activities, including play, mealtime, and nap time. Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages exploration, problem-solving, and social interaction. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized classroom and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families, and report any child welfare concerns as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions. ? Requirements Qualifications: Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education best practices. Ability to collaborate with team members, adapt to classroom needs, and engage positively with children and families. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 16 years old. Certifications: CPR and Pediatric First Aid (within 30 days of hire). Enrollment in the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry within 15 days of hire.
